  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
  • Minimum of two (02) years of solid experience in the similar capacity in a luxury hotel brand.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent selling and communication skills.
  • Experience in handling Corporate and Groups, high level contract negotiation experience.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team.
  • Ability to work with a different culture environment.
  • Experience with Opera and Delphi systems,
  • Microsoft applications including powerpoint.


2. IN DINING ROOM SOUS CHEF

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 02 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand


3. CHEF DE CUISINE

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 02 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
  • Specialized in All Day Dining and In-Room Dining


4. CLUB/BAR ASSISTANT MANAGER

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
  • Minimum 02 (two) years of solid experience in the same capacity at an international-scale bar/sports bar.
  • A dynamic personality with a strong leadership skill

5. MANDARIN SPEAKING RESTAURANT MANAGER

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin (oral and written).
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of solid/full time work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
