Jobs Requirement /Jobs Requirement 1:Executive Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the kitchen brigade and a host of activities such as scheduling, training, menu planning, managing inventory and supplies and ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained. You will be a skilled chef, able to create a wide variety of dishes from many cuisine styles. You have experience in, and enjoy training other chefs in both food preparation and safe food handling. You lead by example and display strong communication skills and fairness and firmness in leading the team.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria :
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related culinary qualification
  • Minimum 2 year of industry and culinary management experience especially in Banquet
  • Experience in training others in high quality food preparation

Jobs Requirement /Jobs Requirement 2:As a Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public areas. Your major responsibilities include ensuring guests are satisfied with hotel cleanliness, responding to guest needs, ensuring safety and security of rooms, maintaining inventory and cost controls, selecting, training, maintaining and managing a motivated and skilled work force. You also create a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality performance for Housekeeping team members to follow.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Previous housekeeping management experience in 5 star Hotels or Resorts
  • Display confidence, strong decision making and training skills
  • Efficient time scheduling
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Jobs Requirement /Jobs Requirement 3:As Host on Duty (Duty Manager), you are responsible for general management and security issues within the hotel. You have a genuine interest in taking care of guests and handling and resolving challenges that arise. Throughout your duty you wear many hats including information provider, problem solver, public relations manager, sales manager and diplomat, always maintaining a professional, efficient and professional manner.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
  • Experience in Guest Relations or Duty Management in luxury villas or international luxury hotels
  • Good organizational, communication and coordination skills, proven leadership qualities and confidence in own judgement
  • Enjoy the challenge of delivering consistent standards of service
  • Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Micros, MS Office and driver's licence
  • Fluent in English
